Our Pigs
Sows
Our sow herd has been carefully selected to raise excellent litters of fast growing healthy pigs. The sow herd Is primarily Large White Landrace Cross. We have kept female offspring from these sows that were bred to Berkshire and Chester White. These crosses give us meat quality influences, and color influences that depending what customers desire
Boars
We select boars for their meat quality contributions. We are looking for added fat and marbling in the meat which is the flavor. We have Berkshire boars, Hereford Boars, and a Mangalista Cross boar. Also we use Duroc genetics. TN DUROC
